Why don't you list exact prices?
Because a real number needs a real conversation first. A quick site and a custom platform both count as "a website", and pretending they cost the same helps no one. After one 30-minute call we send a fixed quote in writing, so you plan around one figure instead of a guess.
Do you bill hourly?
No. We quote fixed scopes for fixed prices, so you always know what the work costs. If scope changes, we agree the change in writing first. You never see a surprise invoice.
What's the catch with the monthly model?
There isn't one. A flat monthly fee covers the build, hosting, upkeep, and small edits. Monthly builds run on an 18-month minimum term (the build cost is spread across it), then it's month to month. Cancel any time after that and the work is yours: code, content, and analytics.
What's the payment schedule on a one-off project?
50% to start and 50% at launch on smaller projects. A 33/33/33 split (kickoff, midpoint, launch) on bigger ones. We accept ACH, wire, and major cards.
How big or small do you go?
We've quoted everything from a $1k content sprint to a $200k platform build. If you are not sure your project fits, ask. We will tell you straight, and point you elsewhere if we are not the right team.
Do you do free consultations?
The first 30-minute call is free, no strings. After that, deeper consultations are a paid service.
