Who we are

DNG Studio is a web development studio based in Belgrade, Serbia, working mostly with businesses in the United States. For anything on this page, we are the data controller. Write to [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you give us and what any web server records. No accounts, no database of visitors.

Forms you send

The quote form asks for your name, email, company or website, what you need, a rough budget, a timeline, how you found us and a message. The audit form on our campaign pages asks for your name, email, company website and the software you run. Every field goes into an email to us and nowhere else. We do not store form submissions in a database.

If you arrived from an ad, the campaign page also passes along the click identifier and campaign tags from the link you clicked (the gclid and utm values), so we know which ad brought you. They travel with your form submission and are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.

Email you send

If you email us, we keep the thread the way anyone keeps email.

Server logs

Our host records the usual technical details of each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time and the referring page. We use these to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not join them to your name.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you, quote work and carry out a free audit you asked for. That is the step before a contract, which is our legal basis for it.
• To keep the site secure and working, which is a legitimate interest of ours.
• To measure whether an ad campaign paid for itself. Where the law requires your consent for that, we ask for it first.

We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Services we rely on

A short list, because it is a short list.

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site and records the server logs above. It may set a security cookie of its own to tell people from bots.
• Resend delivers the form emails to our inbox.
• Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics may run on campaign landing pages while a campaign is live, to count conversions and understand how the page performs.
• Meta Pixel may run on the same pages for the same reason, so that an ad on Facebook or Instagram can be credited with the enquiry it produced.

The rest of the site loads no third-party scripts at all.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies of our own. Session storage on campaign pages holds the ad identifiers described above and is cleared when you close the tab. The Google and Meta tags, where they run, set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block them with your browser's settings or an ad blocker without breaking anything on this site.

How long we keep it

An enquiry lives in our inbox like any other email. If we work together, your details become part of the project record and are kept for as long as the relationship and our accounting obligations require. Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Server logs are kept by our host for a short rolling period and then discarded.

Where it is processed

We are in Serbia. The services above are in the United States, so a form you send from anywhere is handled there. Each of them commits to safeguards for international transfers under its own terms. If you are in the EU or UK and want the detail on a specific transfer, ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to us using it or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it within a month. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California: we do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies on campaign pages may count as "sharing" under California law, and blocking those cookies opts you out.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

When the site starts collecting something new, this page changes at the same time and the date at the top moves. We do not change it quietly.
